Please can you also my thanks on to the team for this visit. I really appreciated whomever took the decision to advise Matt to call me the evening before collection to agree the best time – I know that he started work earlier than usual that Saturday morning so that the general public visiting my yard would not be impacted by the collection.
My set up is a bit unusual with my elderly sheep all being my pets, and I really appreciated the personal touch you and your colleagues provided to me. I am autistic and my sheep and animals are very important companions in my life. The humane element of your service was absolutely excellent and I am so grateful, your team has made a very difficult time for me to be as tolerable as I could possibly have hoped.
