Useful information about our service
It maybe that you would like your horse collected and not cremated, that is absolutely fine, we can ensure you, that he/she will still be handled in a sympathetic way and their life will be still highly regarded whilst they are with us, just as you would like it to be.
We are able to organise shoes, tail and other memorabilia. This will need to be discussed with the collector and recorded on the paperwork.
We are fortunate to have facilities on site for the cremation of your horse, more importantly for you to know that they will not be transported off site at any time.
When collected your horse will be tagged and recorded. The tag follows your horse throughout the cremation procedure.
We only cremate one horse at a time, our cremator is large enough to hold the biggest horse.
At all times your horse is treated with the highest regard for the life it has had.
His/her ashes can be returned to your veterinary practice or home (by arrangement).
